Laser Hair Removal

Laser Hair Remover on the Face
We’ve been hearing so many wonderful things about laser hair removal that’s impossible not to be enamored with it. Laser hair removal has become the number one procedure for celebrities (and us mortals). Laser hair removal can be applied almost on every part of the body, but some places are more delicate, for example our face. Does laser hair removal work on the face? Is it safe? Let’s find out.
Since laser hair removal on the face is tricky because our face is the most recognizable part of our body. It’s the first part anybody sees when they meet you. Laser hair removal is a strong procedure to apply to the face. The laser emits a powerful light that buns the follicle completely. Secondary effects of laser hair removal on the face can be really scary if the person doesn’t apply the laser properly your face can end up burned, red, or scarred. Scarring isn’t as common as you think, but when it happens it can be permanent. Still, some estheticians do recommend laser hair removal on the upper lip zone.
Laser hair removal on the face can cause eye injuries. This happens if the esthetician doesn’t offer you protective glasses while treating your face. Some experts on laser hair removal even recommend not to do laser hair removal on the eyebrows. If you’re interested in removing unwanted eyebrow hair try tweezing or waxing.
The skin of our face is more subtle than the skin from other parts of our body, so doing laser hair removal on it can cause infections. If the esthetician is treating the skin that’s close to the eyes, then the possibility of eye infection exists.
To conclude, laser hair removal is a procedure that can be applied on the face but with the utmost care. This includes considering to always wear your classes during the procedure and talk to your esthetician if you’re feeling any type of discomfort.
