What To Expect?

At Ogden Skin Care, we use an E-light, RF, IPL, Nd: Yag laser which is safe and effective for removing unwanted hair.

What to expect:
Prior to your first laser treatment, you will see your laser technician for a free consultation.
Day of treatment – please shower but refrain from using any lotion or perfumed products.  

If you have not already shaved the treatment area, your laser technician will shave the area for you and then will apply a layer of ultrasound gel or a numbing cream to the treatment area.  Small pulses, lasting approximately 1.5 seconds, are applied to the area via the laser. 

Most clients say it feels like a rubber band snapping on the skin.  You may experience some redness and some tenderness at the treatment site which is normal.  
Depending on the size of the area being treated, most sessions can be done within 30 minutes so there is little disruption to your daily routine.
It is recommended to receive 3 – 6 treatments to see lasting results.  All laser clients purchasing a package of 3 treatments will receive a 20% discount.  If purchasing 6 treatments, you will receive a 25% discount.
